Primary School Writing Competition

The An Post Primary School Writing Competition overall winner of 2023 is:
Isla Conlon from Scoil San Treasa
Thank you to everyone who participated, we loved all of your inspiring letters and drawings. See you next year!

At An Post, we are proud to promote literacy through fun reading and writing competitions. This year, our competition focused on a subject important to us all - the future of Ireland!

'A Happier and Healthier Ireland 2030' writing competition aimed to highlight sustainability and how we can all play our part in making positive changes for the future. We asked pupils to write a letter telling us how they will make Ireland a happier and healthier place to live. These resources can be adapted to suit pupils of all levels and age groups, from Junior Infants up to 6th class.
